Samira Rostami
PhD. in Psychology | Neuropsychopathology · MSc. in Clinical Psychology | Family Therapy · BSc. in Clinical Psychology
Registered Psychotherapist (RP) · Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
My years of experience providing psychotherapy for various issues, lecturing in universities and conducting clinical and brain imaging research makes me confident enough to claim to be one of the most professional therapists. Helping you gain insight and elevating the quality of my clients’ lives is the passion of my life. I have mostly focused on working with adults and their concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, romantic relationships, work-related stress, self-esteem, parenting, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the like.
I have studied clinical psychology and family therapy so I am an expert in treating mental disorders as well as analyzing relationship attachment styles and dynamics. Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is my main approach along with mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Strength-based and Solution-focused therapy.
